These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by My Tender Services (“the Agency”). By engaging with the Agency, clients agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


2. Scope of Services

  • The Agency provides tender sourcing, procurement advisory, and bid management services.

  • Services may include tender alerts, documentation support, compliance checks, and submission assistance.
  • The Agency does not guarantee award of contracts; responsibility for bid success rests with the client.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information for tender applications.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet eligibility criteria set by tendering authorities.
  • Any false or misleading information supplied by the client may result in termination of services.


    • 4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees will be communicated prior to engagement.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed schedules.
  • Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.


    • 5. Confidentiality

  • The Agency will maintain confidentiality of client information and tender documents.
  • Clients must also respect the confidentiality of proprietary methods and materials provided by the Agency.
  • Disclosure of information is permitted only where required by law.


    • 6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Agency shall be liable for losses arising from unsuccessful tender bids, delays, or third-party actions.
  • Liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service in dispute.
  • The Agency does not assume responsibility for decisions made by tendering authorities.


    • 7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • The Agency reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.


    • 8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Agency operates.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.


    • 9. Amendments

  • The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
