What is your refunds policy?

We refund the tender registration fee if the company do not win the tender.

I would like to receive notification of tenders by email.

By default all current partners are set up to receive email notification of tender processes added to the database that match their primary field of expertise.

I would like to change the personal / company details you have.

To change any of the details on your tendering documents, you need to address a formal letter to the tendering committee stating reason for changing anything on the already submitted document.

I think someone else is using my account without permission.

If you suspect someone has gained unauthorised access to your account then report to the officer in charge of your tenderng procedure by email to lock your online account and continue communication by email.

I am unable to log in to my account - please help!
